Each year the League's entire board is voted in by the membership, resulting in a large number of new board members. Oliver Tessier & Associates facilitated three residential board retreats for LWVUS, focusing on the role of the board for new and seasoned board members in a complex governing system and helping locally-oriented volunteers understand their new national roles.
