Strategic Planning

Design and facilitation of a strategic planning retreat for board and staff

In summer 2004, Oliver Tessier initiated a strategic planning process with AIADA that includes: 

  • Planning design

  • Environmental scanning

  • Facilitation of planning sessions

  • Documentation of a strategic plan for board approval

  • Ongoing assessment of progress

 The AIADA board of directors adopted a strategic plan based on this work in January 2005.
