INFORMS is the largest society in the world for professionals in the field of operations research (O.R.), management science, and analytics.

Oliver coaches  the Executive Director and individual members of the senior managment team on topics that include leadership, planning, management, performance evaluation, and communications.

With an incoming President and the Executive Director, Oliver planned a one-year set of goals for board leadership. Throughout the year these were monitored for progress and refined. The board President achieved all of his goals for his leadership term.

Oliver also creates and delivers presentations on effective nonprofit governance for new and existing board members.
