Center for International Private Enterprise

The Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) strengthens democracy around the globe through private enterprise and market-oriented reform. CIPE is one of the four core institutes of the National Endowment for Democracy. Since 1983, CIPE has worked with business leaders, policymakers, and journalists to build the civic institutions vital to a democratic society.

Oliver assists staff members in strengthening leadership and management skills, efficient use of time and resources, and interpersonal communications. His work includes analysis of business processes and recommendations for improvement.

Oliver worked with senior management to design and facilitate a retreat for creating a strategic plan. He wrote the initial draft of the plan, which was subsequently adopted by the board of directors.
