In summer 2004, Oliver Tessier initiated a strategic planning process with AIADA that includes:
Facilitation of planning sessions
Documentation of a strategic plan for board approval
Ongoing assessment of progress
The AIADA board of directors adopted a strategic plan based on this work in January 2005.
