As a management consultant, Martha Miller has worked extensively on projects focusing on cross-cultural communication, creating effective work teams, and managing diversity. She was asked by NASA to advise on cross cultural dynamics affecting optimal crew selection for the Space Station where European, Canadian, Japanese, and U.S. astronauts will work together. While many of her clients have been corporate or government, her gracious style and rich material adapt themselves seamlessly to the nonprofit environment. As a presenter, she demonstrates a unique talent for helping us recognize and reconcile our differences.

In addition to Martha's experience with organizational change efforts and executive education programs, she taught for seven years at Yale's School of Organization and Management, where she rose to Associate Dean. For five years, Martha was Associate Dean for MBA Programs at UCLA's Graduate School of Management.
